3. Condition of the Products

• Our boxes contain vintage and second-hand items. Although we only offer the best items, minor signs of use, aging or imperfections may occur.
• We only select products that we judge are suitable for use, but any wear and tear is part of the nature of vintage items.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Complaints

• Each box is customized and personally composed and a surprise, returns are always possible. We indicate with the product what you can expect.
• However, should an item be significantly different or damaged in a way that we could not reasonably foresee, please contact us as soon as possible. We look at this on a case-by-case basis and offer a suitable solution where possible.
• We are not liable for disappointment with the content; the element of surprise is essential to this product.

5. Value & Liability

• The value of the box is determined by our own selection criteria and stock.
• We do our utmost to fill each box fairly and appropriately, but value estimates remain subjective.
• We are not liable for claims regarding alleged market value or personal interpretation thereof.

We do our best to make every mystery box fun, surprising and valuable. Because these are vintage items and the element of surprise is central, we cannot predict exactly what will be inside or meet taste preferences. You buy a surprise and we ensure that it is put together with pleasure and care!
